January, 2001:  KKK Gathering Place Established

Railton Loy (also known as Ray Larsen), an Imperial Grand Wizard of the National Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, inherited a small farm located on the edge of Osceola, a town in northern Indiana. The farm soon became a gathering place for the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, and Skinheads. The group uses this site to hold white power rallies, burn crosses, and practice shooting firearms. Local citizens frequently complain of being threatened and harassed by the group.
