Cecil and his students researched, produced and marketed a documentary film, Increasing the Odds, that provides valuable advice for aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in starting and sustaining a business. The film features interviews with owners of businesses in various stages of development as well as commentary by business experts. The seminar’s community partners included the Innovation Connector.
