Melinda and her students researched and produced a mixed-world play that investigated how virtual selves and communities compare with real selves and communities. The play was accompanied by a graphic novel that explored how the selves presented and the relationships maintained online compare with those presented and maintained in real life. Melinda's community partners included the Muncie Civic Theater.
