Liz Davito (Mote)

Bio: Liz Davito is a Senior Musical Theatre student. She is thrilled to be a part of this project! Liz’s favorite roles include Dorothy in The Wiz, Snoopy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Luisa in The Fantasticks, and Cinderella in Cinderella. She plans to move to New York next year in pursuit of a career in performance.

Production Function: Co-Alumni Relations and Company Manager

Character Description: Mote, originally a page-boy in Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, in the adaptation becomes a tom-boy, who is an assistant to Armado. They travel around the country teaching fencing. She has somewhat of a crush on him, but is still disgusted by his womanizing ways. Her trajectory in the play includes growing up, and finding a love of her own—Costard.
